1. Introduction

SeePM ("SeePM", "we", "us") is a paid media management platform that helps advertising professionals analyze and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service at seepm.app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and organization name.

2.2 Platform Credentials

When you connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts, we receive OAuth tokens through standard authorization flows. We store these tokens securely to access your advertising data on your behalf. We never see or store your Google or Meta passwords.

2.3 Advertising Data

Through the platform connections you authorize, we access your advertising account data including: campaign names, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, costs), ad creatives, audience targeting settings, and account structure. This data is accessed in real-time and is not permanently stored unless you generate a report.

2.4 AI Provider Keys (Optional)

If you choose to use your own AI provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, or Mistral), we store that key securely to process your requests. You can remove it at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To connect to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts on your behalf
• To provide AI-powered campaign analysis, audits, and optimization recommendations
• To generate reports you request
• To execute campaign changes you explicitly approve
• To improve our service and fix issues

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices:

• Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault (AES-256 encryption)
• Database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security (RLS) ensuring strict data isolation between organizations
• Application is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS enforced on all connections
• API keys you provide are stored in the same encrypted vault as platform tokens

Advertising data accessed through MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections is processed in real-time and is not cached or stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session, unless you explicitly save a report.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SeePM:

• Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and encrypted credential storage
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
• Google Ads API — To access and manage your Google Ads campaigns (when you connect)
• Meta Marketing API — To access and manage your Meta Ads campaigns (when you connect)
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, Mistral) — To power AI analysis of your campaign data

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Platform tokens are deleted when you disconnect a platform or delete your account
• Reports are retained until you delete them or delete your account
• Session data (conversation history with agents) is retained for the duration of your session and may be stored for up to 90 days for service improvement

You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens. You can request complete account deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — Export your data in a standard format
• Revoke access — Disconnect any platform connection at any time
• Withdraw consent — Stop using the service at any time

These rights apply regardless of your location. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), these rights are guaranteed under GDPR. For users in California, these rights align with CCPA requirements.

8. Google API Services Disclosure

SeePM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
